At Readers Warehouse, we want your books to reach you as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Southern Africa only.
Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Special orders & imported titles: 7–10 business days
- Branch Collection (in-store pickup): Available within 5–10 working days

Courier We use Bob Go, as our smart shipping partners. Once your parcel is collected, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Pargo Click & Collect Choose a Pargo collection point at checkout. View available points during checkout or see our Pargo FAQ.
Bob Box Click & Collect Select a Bob Box locker at checkout. Once delivered, you have 48 hours to collect.
Branch Collection Select Pick Up at checkout and choose your nearest Readers Warehouse branch. Use our Store Location page to find your closest store. Orders are held for a maximum of 1 month — uncollected orders are returned to head office and your account will be credited. Note: If you request courier delivery after your order has been sent to a branch, an additional courier fee will apply.
